Why was it a “hard sale”?

The Slavík couple decided to sell their unfurnished apartment on the top floor of a panel building. The market around Kačerov was saturated with offers of panel apartments, and although the apartment had 3 balconies, the view was toward the main thoroughfare, where the constant noise of traffic persisted day and night, making the empty rooms feel impersonal.

Furthermore, buyers were scared off by the top floor due to concerns about heat in summer and cold in winter, as well as higher renovation costs.
